Virtual Workshop in Transformative Learning 10-12 May

May 10, 2021 | 0 Comentarios

During three days in May filled with interesting presentations and discussion rounds, the Swedish International Centre of Education for Sustainable Development (SWEDESD) provided training in Education for sustainable development (learning and teaching methods. Shepherd Urenje set the stage with his presentation on strategies of learning for change, developing skills, and acquiring competences for sustainable development.

After this, all local teacher teams within VAMOS present the ‘homework’ Shepherd gave them during the last Teacher Developer Team meeting in April. In short presentations, the different teams reflect on their institutional audits of current learning and teaching practices at their universities. And once again we acknowledge that our struggles to implement change are not so different from the struggles our other VAMOS partners face. Good, that we can join forces and co-create best practices of virtual exchange and ESD!
